Where are we located?
Hilo Fiber Bar is located at 1901 S 9th St, Philadelphia PA 19148 (Inside BOK Building). Room 302C. Instructions on how to enter the building will be available in your confirmation email AFTER purchase of workshop.

What if I’m late?
We understand things happen. You can still attend the workshop but no extra time will be given at the end of workshop to complete projects. Please email us immediately at info@hilofiberbar.com if you know you are running late or refer to your confirmation email for instructions. Hilo Fiber Bar has a no refund policy.
How does this work?
This is the place to be for fun, art, and a bottle to wash it down! We take you step by step (beginners too) through a selected stencil with a wood board, nails, yarn and at the end of two in a half hours, voila! You have your very own masterpiece! We offer "Activation Stations" for public events where the fiber bar will bring the workshop to you. Great for Girls Night, Date Night, Team Building, and Bachelorette Parties. It's bring your own bottle, so bring whatever you think it'll take to get your creative juices flowing!
What food and beverages are allowed?
We are a BYOB!! Champagne, seltzers, and wine is GREAT. No food is allowed .
What if I have a large party?
Hilo loves welcoming large groups! We can accompany a group of 10 people. Please email us info@hilofiberbar.com; subject line "Private Workshop" for more information.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable. We do allow open toe sandals but please note we are working with nails and hammers so be cautious of things falling.
What does the fee cover?
Everything necessary to finish the featured wood board.....the canvas, nails, hammer, yarn, aprons, and safety goggles! We carry glassware, straws, napkins and wine openers.
Do I have to string the featured stencil?
YES! We have a wide variety of stencils to choose from. If you choose to create a stencil of your own please email your design to info@hilofiberbar.com. Design must be submitted 36 hours before the start of your workshop. A $30 fee is applied per person for custom stencils. Please know not every stencil will be approved. Parts of the image may have to be altered to fit Hilo Fiber Bar Stencil Guidelines.
Do I need to come with friends or do some people come alone?
Guest can come by themselves! We have great host and welcoming atmosphere. We are a great place to meet others or to enjoy some "alone" time! Either way, we want you to feel homey ...everyone is welcomed at Hilo’s!
Are children allowed?
We are an "adult" activity and all of our classes are for ages 21+ because of our byob policy on weekend, Friday-Sunday.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: All workshops are non-refundable:
All seats are non-refundable instead workshop credit will be given and is non transferable. You have up 90 days to reschedule your workshop or choose to gift your workshop seat(s). After 90 days the credit will expire.
